Seventeen years in procurement. €250-500 million negotiated across four continents (Europe, Asia, the Middle East, America).

I've closed deals for Ipsen, Coca-Cola, Alstom, Faurecia and Le Groupment les Mousquetaires..

I've bought production lines, high-engineered machinery, sprinkler systems, electronic safety equipment without an engineering degree. Just curiosity and the willingness to ask questions until I understood.

But here's what most people don't know: I've been negotiating my whole life.

And it's all true.

What Most People Don't Know About Me :

I've been negotiating my whole life.

At seven years old, I wanted new clothes for school. My mother had done what she could. The rest was up to me.

So I started a business. I baked coconut rice cakes. Sourced the materials. Even outsourced one aspect of the process I couldn’t handle myself. Sold every last one. I got my clothes.

That summer taught me everything: Know what you want. Find the people who can help you get it. Make it happen.

I've been doing it ever since.

My toughest negotiation wasn't in a boardroom. It was with my mother.

She believed in safety, tradition, and the life society expected of women. I believed in freedom, truth, and walking my own path.

I learned that communication isn't about convincing. It's about understanding. Two truths can coexist without either one winning.

The woman who taught me to negotiate my whole life wasn't in a business school. It was my mother.

For a long time, I struggled with rejection and abandonment. I was terrified of being rejected by my own family, so I became a people-pleaser who overdid everything just to be loved.

I was fiercely ambitious and a high achiever but I was so hard on myself that I never celebrated my wins. I just moved to the next goal. What's next? What's next? I thought competition was the only way to succeed.

I was wrong.

The best negotiations don't happen when you're fighting to win. They happen when you create space for everyone to win.

One of my clients came to me in a crisis. Engaged to a man in Europe, living in Asia. She felt trapped. I asked her one question: "What does he actually pay for?"

That day, she had a financial breakthrough. A week later, someone offered her a $10 million contract. She said: "I'm going to negotiate that deal myself. And I'm keeping the results."

That's the transformation I create. Not just in boardrooms in lives.

Today I work in two ways: 

Either I negotiate FOR you. 

Or I make you dangerously good at negotiating for yourself.

Whether I'm closing your deal or teaching you to close it yourself, the result is the same: 

You get what you want. You keep your integrity. And everyone walks away feeling like they won.
